All items will be processed within 1-2 business days and then shipped. 

We use tracked delivery methods to avoid the possibility of any shipped items being lost or misplaced in transit.

DPD / Royal Mail | £5.45 - delivery within 2 working days from the day the item is shipped

Royal Mail / Evri  | £4 - standard delivery 3-5 days from the day the item is shipped

Royal Mail guaranteed next day delivery £9.50

Gift wrapped gift cards | £3.50 - delivery within 2 working days from the day the item is shipped

International shipping and delivery

All items shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duty or taxes payable when arriving in your country. These duties and taxes are not included in our shipping rates and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please take this into account when placing your order. If you choose not to receive your order and it is sent back to us, it is at our discretion to offer a refund, with any charges we have incurred for the return, deducted from your method of payment.

All international deliveries will be shipped using a fully trackable service. please be aware that world wide deliveries may be subject to delays due to varying customs regulations in each country. This is out of our hands.

Middle East | £25  - Approx 5 days

USA, Australia and Rest of the World | £25 - Approx 5 days

Please allow for delays in busy periods of the year, such as Christmas.
