Refund policy
We hope that you are happy with the item that you have purchased. If for any reason you are not, please contact us at hello@littlecrusoe.com so that we can offer a refund or exchange.
You may return your item upto 14 days after the date of delivery. It must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, in its original packaging. Please ensure you quote your order number for reference.
To return your item, please contact us with your order number and reason for return and we will give you our return address. We do not offer refunds for original delivery costs or return postage costs. Please note, it is your responsibility to ensure the item arrives back to us safely. We cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost in transit or arrive in damaged condition.
International Orders.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. However, if your item is faulty, please contact us at hello@littlecrusoe.com and we will offer a refund. Please note, any border force or other customs taxes or duties incurred will be deducted from the refund total.
We do not accept returns on any sale items or gift cards.
